999zc Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 999zc platform (available at https://999zc.org), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 999zc (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 999zc platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 999zc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 999zc enforces strict age verification on all accounts. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of wagering.
• You are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept full responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under your local laws.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 999zc or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.
• You have not previously had a 999zc account suspended or permanently closed for terms violations.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on 999zc. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. 999zc reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any stage of the account lifecycle.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication details with any third party. 999zc will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

999zc accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and USDT (TRC20 network) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 (or equivalent in USDT). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification tier and selected payment method.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds deposited from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

999zc does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility. Deposit processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

• Deposits are final once confirmed and credited to your 999zc wallet. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated with your bank or wallet provider without first contacting 999zc support are considered a breach of these Terms.
• 999zc reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly for high-value transactions.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Crypto transactions are irreversible; 999zc cannot recover funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.

Withdrawal requests on 999zc are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 (or equivalent in USDT). All withdrawals are subject to identity verification; accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not be permitted to withdraw funds.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within five (5) business hours for verified accounts. During periods of high volume or in cases requiring additional review, processing may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. 999zc aims to process the majority of withdrawals within the same business day the request is submitted.

999zc reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed full KYC verification.
• Active bonus funds are attached to the account and wagering requirements have not been met.
• The withdrawal is subject to an ongoing fraud, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or security investigation.
• The requested amount exceeds the account's daily or monthly withdrawal limit.
• The account has a pending chargeback or payment dispute with a third-party provider.

999zc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering (rollover) requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

General bonus terms applicable to all 999zc promotions include:

• One bonus per household / device / IP address applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless the promotion explicitly permits this.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributed to it.
• 999zc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account review.

All bets placed on 999zc are subject to the platform's betting rules as communicated within the relevant sports or casino product. General rules applicable across the sportsbook include:

• Bets are only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. 999zc is not responsible for bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues on your end.
• In the event of an obvious error — including manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical or human error — 999zc reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) at any odds, regardless of whether the event has already concluded.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the betslip at the time of placement.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical match moments. Bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected, not queued.
• Cricket betting on 999zc covers PSL, international bilateral series, T20 World Cup, and domestic tournaments. Match abandonment rules follow the relevant governing body's official decisions.

Casino game results on 999zc are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). 999zc does not influence game outcomes in any way. All RNG systems are independently audited for fairness.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999zc platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account, including through aliases, third parties, or shared devices.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Money laundering or using 999zc for any financial transaction that is inconsistent with legitimate gaming activity.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in, or attempting to engage in, any form of fraud against 999zc or other players on the platform.

999zc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not connected to fraudulent activity will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 999zc account may do so by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999zc platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 999zc content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software.
• Use the 999zc brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999zc and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own error, including incorrect payment details or mistaken bet placement.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Any decision by a regulatory or governmental authority that affects your ability to access the platform.

The 999zc platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its intended use as an online gaming service.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 999zc to you shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 999zc account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 999zc is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering on 999zc, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under 999zc's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question about their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to 999zc's internal dispute resolution process.

If the matter cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant adjudication body under our gaming licence.

999zc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 999zc platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate a voluntary account closure. You will retain the right to withdraw any legitimate, unencumbered balance subject to standard verification requirements.
